Empanadas Recipe

Empanadas are great to make for a party or for any occasion, I like to make them sometimes on the weekends and I like to eat them with some hot sauce its the best. Empanadas are easy to make you can make the dough from scratch or buy the frozen pastries at the supermarket. I sometimes buy the frozen pastries, I like to fill them up with lots of meat I prefer beef or shrimp empanadas. Here is a recipe that I enjoy hope you enjoy it too.
