Puerto Rican Style Pork shoulder/Pernir Recipe

Hello! Guys today I am sharing my Pork shoulder/Pernir recipe with you all and I do hope you all enjoy it it is the best. Pork Shoulder is usually made for the Holidays but you can make it whenever you want. Here is my recipe I hope you enjoy. Ingredients:
1 10 Ibs. Pork Shoulder /Pernir
1 Head of Garlic
1 tbs of black Pepper
1 chopped Cilantro
1/4 cup of Shoulder.
1Sazon Pack
Adobo to taste
Salt to taste
Spanish mojo sauce if you like or
Your own paste.

Directions:
1.Wash the Pork Shoulder then

2.Then make deep slits in to the Pork with a small knife, stuff the slits with all above ingredients and all over the Pork shoulder.

3. Place Pork in a roasting pan and Let
 marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

4.Take Pork out of the refrigerator,  uncover.

5. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F

6.Roast Pork skin side up in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 3 hours.

7. When the Pork is done the top skin will be crunchy, when you take it out of the oven please give it about 20 minutes to cool off a little before you cut and serve.
